Last Friday, June 14th, we went to the British Arts Centre to see The Mousetrap. We had a really good time!!!

I went to the theatre and I liked it. I don't have a lot of time, but I want to say some things. Mrs. Lyon was killed in London. Near London, in a guest-house, Molly and Giles wait the guest who going to arrive. They are nervous because il is the first time that they do this activity. Mrs. Boyle is killed. All suspect of all. Finally, the póliceman isn't a policeman and he is who killed Mrs. Lyon and Mrs. Boyle because he was one of three children abused by Mrs. Lyon and her husband who is died. Miss Cassewell is her sister but they didn't know. Bibiana
ReplyDeleteLike almost all Agatha Cristie´s works, "The mousetrap" has an intriguing plot. As usually in her novels the end is unexpected.

in the theatre when I saw didn't disappoint me ;)
An interesting theme OF the story The Moustrap, WRITTEN by Agatha Christie, is revenge. Revenge is a human motivation, its details are fascinating because they tell us about human misery. When you read revenge you think of a crime, but now, i am referring to the revenge of love. Some philosophers THINK the crime is a beautiful art, because it showS the real essence of human beigs man. I completely agree with this way of thinking. The real revenge of love is to Forget, in consequenCE, if forgetting IS a crime, the crime is a beautiful revenge, because you need a crime to have been walking in the life.

ReplyDeleteIs excellent experience, I think is a different way to learn, all time we were learning new vocabulary and we were practicing to listen the same time.
For me is challenging go to the theatre and try to see without read the subtitles.
I was charmed whit the play because all were suspects and finally the killer was I lest thought.
Is beautiful see the classmates and the teacher together in the photos, but I liked was bibiana’s photo whit her boyfriend because they was playing how the two women were murdered (strangled).

This caracter ir about, Christopher he liked help to Mollie in the kitchen but with her husband was Jelous. He wasn´t the murder.
I had fun much his character.
