MATT HAS NEVER BEEN ABROAD! (Video)

Helen, Matt, David and Jane live together in a flat in Oxford. On Sunday mornings they  usually sit around and read the papers. Watch the following video and answer the comprehension questions to the right (click on the image below)

  1. Matt missed the flight and he had wait five hours for take the next flight and he had pay more money, during the trip, he knew to Maria, she was in holiday too , and when they were specking they realized that, they went to stay near.
    Despite all, wait in the airport it was worthwhile, because he knew a person share this trip with.
    Maria had friends in Barcelona and they showed her the city, but they couldn’t to be with her every days, she suggested him, meet some places together.
    They visited amazing beaches, the best museum, stores, restaurants and the most delicious food than they had tested.
    They enjoyed so much, than almost every days were together.
    Finally, they got back in different flights, but currently they are good friends and they are planning the next vacations together again.

  2. So, for Paula the story had a happy ending! I imagine Matt calling one of his friend from the airport telling him/her about the initial problem with the flight, and the friend trying to cheer him up: "Come on...these things happen...look on the bright side, you can meet a beautiful girl in the departure lounge" =)

  3. Paula lies.(We are on the oven)A real story. Mat never want to travel. He did, only for a shame with his friends. Wen matt arrive to airplane, the stewardess saw: !Welcome to fly 005!The oldest airplane our company! This travel its cheap, becouse the pilot is new. You have always bougth thinks cheap, but you dont had a question about it, and she come back to backstage. After two hours to travel, the airplane crased with the sea. And mat dead. Your friend still, looking for a big bussines in the London´s Neewspaper. (Fable: The cheap are expensive)

  4. Matt arrives to Barcelona. He is very excited because it is the first time that he travels. But he is happy. He doesn't speak spanish so he can't communicates. He wants to know different places but he can't ask. Finally, he decides to speak English although people don't understand. Surprisingly, he meet some people that speak English and they try kindly to help him. He stays in Barcelona for one week and he come back very happy. Bibiana
