  2. Callers recommend:
    Living the present
    Have positive thought
Don´t spend time reading newspaper or seeing news T.V
Make a list the good things that happened to you
    Use positive language.

The positive thinking is good because enjoy life more, the time life is longer and I think it helps everything goes well..

I have moments I am pessimist but usually I think I am an optimist person.

  3. Yes Paula! This is what the callers recommend! who can add more details?

If you ask me, we all have those moments, the pessimisic ones I mean, a person cannot be 100% optimistic all the time, but it is important to get over soon and be able to see the positive aspects that everything in life has. Even the worst thing that can happen to us has a positive side, we have to develop the ability to perceive it! Having a half full glass is our decision!

  4. 1) Positive thinking is good because people enjoy more of life, and they have a longer life.
    2) Andy: Hi likes living in the present, no in the past. We can't change the past.
July: If she has an exam tomorrow, she must have a positive thinking.
Johanna: She doesn't want spend a lot of time reading the papers or watching the news at TV. There are always bad news. She reads books or listens music.
Myriam: Her tip is every week to make a list of good thinks and then,to keep all with her and to read it.
Michael: Her tip is to try to use positives langages when we speak with people."I'm sorry", "Don't worry".
    3) I think that positive thinking helps to live happy and to enjoy good health. I am an optimist woman and I try to see the good side of things. Bibiana

  8. Ileana! Welcome to our blog!!!!

You don't seem to be a pessimist at all!

And I am a NORMAL person, sometimes I cry, sometimes I get depressed, sometimes I feel I do everything wrong, etc, etc, etc. These feelings are part of life! But I try to "let the good vibes get stronger" (song)

Each post has questions to answer. Leave a comment with your answers.
Each post is related to the topic or grammar point we are dealing with in class. I usually add online activities to practise grammar (see "practice"), a song (see "songs") and a video (see "recommended videos") for each topic (check!). For example, there is a video on positive thinking and a related song, have you noticed them?

Hope to read many many comments from you soon!!!
