  2. I am listening again and I think Rick is going to take the computer class, Amy is going to take her tennis lesson, Susan is going to visit her oncle to Denver and Phil will sty at home for to watch TV. Bibiana

    Rick is going to take a computer class.
    Amy is going to take tennis lessons.
    Susan is visiting her aunt and uncle in Denver.
    Phil is staying home and he is going to watch TV.

      I have the same information, they have plans for the future and I don't undertand why use ING for Susan and Phil if they have plans too.

      ING (present continuous for the future) is used for arrangements. So, if you have, for example, an appointment with the doctor, as you have arranged the time and place to go, you can say: "I am seeing the doctor tomorrow morning". It is an arrangement/plan.
