Then, write a comment with your opinion/experience. What are the stereotypes mentioned in the video? How should we think and act about ageing in order to have a healthier society?

Everybody are going to old age and I think we can to start for take care our parents, have healthy habits such as health food and exercise and we should value more the experience.
I agree with you Paula! But the 5 itmes you mention are not stereotypes, this is the way we should think and act in order to have a healthier society. So... what are the stereotypes???
DeleteI think that we must live as the young people always. There is an idea about the behavior of older people and they act in this way. I am 60 years old and I have projects. I hope to have projects all my life. There is also the attitude of the others. Bibiana

ReplyDeleteI agree with the stereotypes mentioned in the video. But, it is also important not feel old. I think youth always lives within us. We should let her go and live how we feel; no matter the years we appear. That will keep us healthy.

Do you agree with the stereotypes??? "Stereotypes" has a negative connotation here, a kind of limiting conception... for example, the idea that old people are ugly, that is a stereotype. What are the other stereotypes mentioned in the video?
