I remember and like four questions:

The quiz has much vocabulary and expressions; I looked up the meaning:
Yard Sale: is when a person has things that he doesn’t use but they are in good condition,
Skinny dipping: swim without swimsuit or nude.
Billow fight : play over the bed and with pillow try to take down the other person.
That are a few expressions that I searched.
That is a good homework, because is vocabulary that frequently we use and is easy too.
I liked this quiz because I had to look up many words in the dictionary. Bone, run away, truth or dare, cheat, bully, drunk, soccer, bake, dye, chickenpox, brace, skinny dipping, wood, ride, limo, cavity, gun range, diaper, pillow, fight, ditch, instagram, stood, dump, fail. I didn't find some words, but I could understand enough. Bibiana

I had to look up "skinny dipping", I didn't know the meaning! =) And I won't tell you my answer to that question! jejejeje

Yes, I'm young but when I was 32 years, I found a job that needed people until 26 years old and I said I was that age.
DeleteThe strange was, I had data entry into the system and I always thought, this job could do it a person with 26 and 32 years old. Finally I worked for 6 months and never realized them that I was 32 years ;)

DeleteI don't know what is my favourite question, so I don't have the answer. I didn't use the dictionary virtual because with that computer I don't know to search, but I am going to learn. I have a paper with all the words. I am going to carry after vacations. I had to look also "skinny dipping", but I didn't find. Bibiana
ReplyDeleteBibiana, the idea of the "favourite question" it to write a question that you liked, a question that called your attention for some reason...
ReplyDeleteYou need to learn how to search for new vocabulary/expressions on the Internet, you can use an online dictionary but also Google Translator, or you can simply google the expression, or use google images, etc. There are a lot of possibilities. You need to open another window (apart from the one of the blog, without closing it)and do all the searches you want there (you can open 2, 3, 4 windows, the ones you need). Practise! Give it a try! =)
