  1. Hi, everybody! =)

Let me introduce myself! My name is Sabrina and I'm the teacher of this course. I'm from Argentina. I was born in Quilmes but now I live in Barracas. Barracas is a neighbourhood in the capital city of Argentina, the city of Buenos Aires. I am thirty-five years old and I don't have children. I live in a small flat with my partner, Tommaso. Tommaso is Italian. He's been living in Buenos Aires for about two years and a half. We don't have any pets or plants at home, but we both love nature and we'd like to move to a quiet place, surrounded by nature, in the near future. I love art in general, especially dancing (salsa and bachata) and taking photos. I work a lot, many hours a day, but I have some free time. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the net, listening to music and taking naps! I don't go out very often, I prefer to stay in and take it easy. What about you????

Note: By the way Javier, a possible translation for "El saber no ocupa lugar" is "One can never know too much", you wrote "knowledge does not take place", in fatc this is the translation that you get by using the Google Translator, but in this case, it is incorrect. It is very difficult to translate sayings (dichos) and proverbs. If you are intereted in proverbs and sayings in Englihs, have a look at this site: http://www.ompersonal.com.ar/omexpress/idioma/dichosyproverbios.htm

Instead of using the google translator, for this type of cases, it is better to google something like: "¿Cómo se dice "el saber no ocupa lugar" en inglés?", or in English "How do you say 'El saber no ocupa lugar' in English?...

    1. Dear "anónimo",
      All your comments are welcome!
But, please, remember that you are supposed to write in English. If you make mistakes it is not that important, as long as we can understand what you want to say. As you can see, the idea here is to practise our English. We are all learning.

Hope to know your name soon!

      Sabrina
